AI Human

AI operations, seamlessly human.

AI operations, seamlessly human.

Your AI agent is live. Is anyone running it?

Most support AI fails quietly: nobody owns it, the help center drifts and customers get stuck in loops. I set up, tune and run AI agents inside Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or Gleap, so the routine gets resolved and your team keeps the cases that matter.

For B2B SaaS teams with 20 to 250 people. In English, German or Portuguese.

Illustrative example, not live data.

What is repetitive support costing you?

Put in your own numbers. Nothing is sent anywhere: the maths runs in your browser.

Your assumption. Pick a conservative value; an audit tests it against your real tickets.
Check your plan: some platforms charge per AI resolution, others per seat. Set 0 if it is included.

How a request moves

Four steps. You set the rules.

AI does the reading and the routine. Your policies decide what reaches a person.

  1. 01

    A request arrives

By email, chat or form, in any language.

  2. 02

    AI reads it

It understands the intent and uses your help center and account data.

  3. 03

    Your rules apply

Policies, limits and escalation rules we agree together.

  4. 04

    Resolved or handed over

Routine cases close. Exceptions reach your team with the full context.

What I keep seeing

Switching AI on is easy. Running it is the job.

The tool is rarely the problem. These four are.

The bot has no owner

It was configured at launch and left alone. Nobody reads its conversations.

The help center lags the product

The product ships every week. The articles the AI answers from do not.

Handover is an afterthought

Customers repeat themselves, or never reach a person at all.

Deflection is the wrong metric

A closed chat is not a solved problem. I measure resolution and quality.

What I do

Fewer tickets for your team. Better answers for your customers.

One method, applied to your helpdesk: find the repetitive work, automate it safely, keep people on the exceptions.

Help center

  • Audit and clean-up
  • Written for AI and for people
  • Kept in step with your product

Handover to people

  • Clear triage rules
  • Full context for your agents
  • No customer trapped in a loop

Quality and reporting

  • Weekly conversation reviews
  • Resolution rate and quality
  • A monthly report you can forward

Beyond support

  • Billing questions
  • Lead qualification
  • Internal requests, once support works

Safe by design

  • Human approval for critical actions
  • Licences and data in your name
  • Data processing agreement (GDPR)
How we work together

Diagnose. Build. Run.

A small first step, clear numbers, then monthly ownership.

  1. Fixed price

    AI Ops Audit

I review your volumes, contact reasons, help center and handover rules. You get a ranked plan and a budget. The fee is credited if you go ahead with Launch within 30 days.

  2. Project

    Launch

I set up the agent, the content and the rules in your helpdesk, and test them with your team before go-live.

  3. Monthly

    Ops

I read conversations, tune answers and report every month. AI only improves when someone owns it.

Licences and data stay in your company's name. What I build is yours.

Why Seamline

AI first. People where it counts.

I have spent years in customer support operations: training agents, running quality, designing escalations and, more recently, deploying and tuning AI agents. The pattern is always the same. The technology works. What fails is the operation around it. Seamline exists to own that part.

FAQ

Questions I often get

What does the first call cost?

Nothing. Twenty minutes to look at your numbers and tell you whether an audit is worth it.

Do we need to change our helpdesk?

No. I work inside Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or Gleap, the tool you already use.

Will AI replace our team?

No. It takes the repetitive volume so your people spend their time on the cases that need judgement.

How do you handle data protection?

I sign a data processing agreement, work with the minimum data needed, use anonymised samples during the audit wherever possible and keep people in the loop for critical actions.

How long does the audit take?

About two weeks, with two to three hours of your team's time. The length of Launch depends on scope and is set out in the plan.

Who do you work with?

B2B SaaS companies with roughly 20 to 250 people in the DACH region and Portugal, whose support team already feels the volume.
